🔒 When using Handy, *you are the owner of your data*. We only use your information to provide support, if needed.

👤 Through different user roles, you can define the level of access your team has to information. *Only users with an administrator role can download the client database.*

⚔️ We do *not sell or share your information with third parties*, and we handle it with great care.

❌ At any time, you can access your account and *completely delete your entire data history*.

🔐 All information is *encrypted in transit* between the app and our servers, which are hosted on *Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States*, following the highest industry security standards.

🔑 Passwords are *stored in encrypted form*; not even we can see them.

👱 If required, we may *impersonate your user account* to provide better technical support. This does not mean we can view your passwords—the system allows access through an internal mechanism without exposing credentials.

📄 We provide a *Privacy Notice* where you can review detailed information about data usage.

📑 If needed, we can also *sign a confidentiality (NDA) agreement between companies*. We have a prepared template that we can share with you for review and signature.
