Subscribe multiple websites to a paid plan & get a rebate
Crisp plans are billed per-website. If you have many websites under the same Crisp account, for the same business, you may be eligible for a discount on all your website plans.
In some use cases, the same company using Crisp may find convenient to split their support in multiple Crisp inboxes , eg. to service multiple countries for their localized websites. Handling invoices takes some time. To make your life easier, we added a feature so we can forward invoices to your accounting.
| By default, Crisp submits invoices to the Crisp's billing owner. This feature will still send invoices to your email as well as your accounting email.
How to do it

Click "Edit" on the billing card
Add the accounting email

A lot of complex websites run over multiple environments (production, staging, development). While it is okay to run the same Crisp website on all your environments, some may prefer to have a separate "sandbox" Crisp website for their development and staging environments.

We use Stripe to store your card information and process payments. Stripe is a service dedicated to payment processing, which is PCI compliant. Your card number is not stored on Crisp systems.

Discount codes are available on some conditions. Here is the process to apply a discount code.
| Discount codes are only available for the Essentials and Plus plans. You will not be able to apply a discount to a Mini plan.

Crisp invoices can be easily acquired from the paying Crisp account settings. However, in some cases you may not find your invoices, even though you've paid for Crisp at some point.

If you don't want to stick to the default monthly billing, you can enable the "pay yearly" mode on your card. You'll be debited a few days later for the whole year, and the next debit will occur exactly 12 months after.
The "pay yearly" mode applies only to plans paid with the card it is active on (if you have multiple websites linked to different cards).
How to enable the "pay yearly" mode on a card:

If you have a payment method expired or about to expire, you need to change this payment method and verify its link to the right workspace. Note that you must be owner of the workspace to add a payment method, and only the billing owner will have access to the invoices and card details.
