Convert leads into clients
The concept of "leads" is used to differentiate clients created by salespeople in the mobile app. This helps us distinguish between "official" clients and possible clients or "leads" identified by sales users.
You can change the client's status from the web portal or in the mobile app.
In the web portal

On the client's details, you'll find the option for Payment. After clicking it, you'll see the client's outstanding balance at that time. The next step would be to select the payment method and record how much the client is being charged.

Having your client's important information registered in Handy is important for your sales process, as it can be used for creating visits, sales, etc.

Creating clients in bulk from the web portal
In the web portal, go to the Main menu and click on Clients. In this screen, you'll see your current enabled clients. Click on ****+ AFew readersDisable or edit clients

If a client gets disabled, they won't be able to have visits or sales programmed or registered. Disabled clients will not be visible to users in the mobile app.
IMPORTANT: As clients are not deleted, they will still be visible for history reports.
There are two ways to disable clients: either individually or in bulk.
Individually
Select Clients in the main menu:

Programmed (Clients with scheduled visits or deliveries)

In Handy, we know it's important for you to have control over how your clients are organized, which is why we implemented assigning a different color to each zone, making them easier to visualize in the map.
To assign each zone a color, go to Zones in the Main menu.
