When a new candidate applies for a role, you will now be able to view the distance they live from the role and the time it will take them to commute:

Undo a candidate update: a step-by-step guide
Step 1: Head to the candidate area of your portal. In the top tabs, select the section of the candidate area that your candidate is in, then type the candidate's name into the search box:

Are you looking to screen and control communications to any app-referred candidates who live overseas?
It is possible (but optional) to ask referrals/candidates if they live and have the right to work in the country where they are based when they enquire about a role. You can also select if referrals/candidates should be auto-rejected if they do not live and have the right to work in the country.

When a new candidate/referral applies for a role at your organisation, their email and mobile number will be checked to ensure they are valid.
On their record, next to the contact card icon, a coloured flag (either green, amber or red) will now appear, which will vary depending on the outcome of the validation check:

You can now view and edit the automated emails sent to your referrals/candidates from within your portal.
There are two emails which are sent, depending on the settings of the position applied for:

Some members of your team may prefer to refer their friends when they see them, or over the phone. These referrals are eligible for points and you can add them to your candidate area really easily.

It is super important that new referrals/candidates are contacted promptly. We have now added candidate response tracking to the candidate area of the portal to help track this.
When a referral/candidate first expresses interest, a green pulsing clock icon will display. This icon will remain for 60 minutes after it arrives (this only includes time in the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Mon- Fri):

To be eligible to claim referral points, the candidates you refer must not have applied for any job at our company for at least 12 months
