You can fill in information about warehouse loads, shrinkage, and vehicle loads using an Excel template that you can download during the route closure process. This file comes pre-filled with the products from your route, and you can edit the quantities as needed before uploading it back to complete the route closure.
The Excel file has the following format, and only the columns highlighted in green will affect the products currently in the route:

Yes! Handy allows you to automatically print sales receipts when recording an order in the mobile app, as well as payment receipts.

| There may be times when a client asks you to make changes in an order, either to add or remove the amount of product, or to add new products to the order.
There are two ways to edit an order in Handy: from the web portal or from the mobile app:
Web portal
First, look for the order you want to edit, and on the order details, click on Edit:

There are times when clients place orders with similar products, or always place the same order. This causes mobile users to waste time manually adding each product to the order when placing it.
Because of this, Handy has the option to, by just pressing a button, add all products from the client's last order to the new one.
To do this, go to the Order Entry screen and click on the button labeled "Last sales order". Now, Handy will take all the products from the client's last order andFew readersAllow returns for exchange in presale if you have an open route
| Exchange returns allow the client to return a product because it wasn't what they expected, didn't meet their expectations, or was due to shrinkage. Instead of getting a refund, they can choose another product in exchange.
To make an exchange return, you'll need the following:
1.- Enable this setting, found in Settings > Orders > Returns Settings. Only enable this setting if you want this process to take place during Presale.
2.- The user must have an open route.
